Doveman Tours UK & Europe, Footloose Receiving Digital Release
On November 1st (and fresh off a few dates with Antony & the Johnsons), Doveman will begin his first UK tour with a show in Manchester at the Cross Street Chapel. With shows only in Manchester (11/1), Nottingham (11/2), and London (11/3), the tour's certainly brief, so Britons take note - grab your tickets while you can. As for other Europeans wishing to witness Doveman in the flesh, there's good news - the band will be crossing the pond a second and third time to play the Tanned Tin Festival in Castellón on November 15th and Mains D'Oeuvres in Paris on January 5th. We know With My Left Hand I Raise The Dead is still not yet available in European record stores. But if you can't pick up a copy from a merch table at one of his shows, please remember that patience is a virtue...more details regarding a European release are on their way. Footloose, meanwhile, is now available for purchase in Europe exclusively through iTunes. For Americans sick of the limited possibilities of dancing to an online stream, a release through iTunes and other digital distributors is in the works.
